Industrial Office Meeting Space with Semi-Private and Private Options

Our flexible space is the perfect fit for your next board meeting, workshop, photoshoot, concert, or offsite. Natural light, configurable furniture, and flexible room configurations make this Little City gem a versatile option for your next meeting. When fully open, the space is semi-private to an office kitchen (which you are welcome to use), a open stairwell, and a few other meeting rooms (that can be also be reserved at an additional cost). We provide tables and chairs and can customize the configuration to your needs. Your reservation will also include additional semi-private breakout space fit with a couch, two chairs, and a television. The entire space can fit up to 100 guests theater style. Two mounted projectors and projector screens are included in your rental. The space can be split and closed off to accommodate a private meeting or working session. In the private space, our custom built wooden tables comfortably sit 14-16 people boardroom style. In the private space, additional configurations can accommodate more guests. The private space has one mounted projector and projector screen. We are respectful of guests, but you can expect that tenants may use the kitchen, other meeting rooms, or walk by during your event.
