Our corner studio unit is a minimalistic SELF-SERVE studio located in Brooklyn corner unit with 12ft. ceilings, west, and north-facing with two big windows, that let amazing natural daylight throughout the whole day. All equipment is free with booking (Except paper please read below). PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW BEFORE BOOKING SEAMLESS PAPER $15: - 9 ft Seamless paper option Grey, Black and White (there might be other leftover colors in the studio but it isn't guaranteed) One floor sweep (5ft) pull and cut flat fee of $15 please note that you will need to put the seamless up yourself on C-stands, a video instruction can be provided upon request. Seamless paper that has been used and cut needs to be taken out before you leave the studio. If you would like to purchase a new 9ft roll of any colors, we can have it ready for your studio time. Please note that we need 72 hours notice and you can use as many pulls you'd like and keep it after the shoot for $120 RESET STUDIO: The studio must be reset to "HOW IT LOOKED WHEN YOU ENTERED INTO THE STUDIO" This means the equipment and furniture need to be moved back and in their original placement. This must be done before the keys are returned to the lockbox. The keys must be returned to the lockbox before your booked time is up. Fail to do so and you will be charged an extra $50. IMPORTANT INFO: PLEASE RESPECT THE OTHER TENANTS IN THE BUILDING. NO EXCESSIVE LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE WILL BE ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF THE STUDIO GETS A COMPLAINT ABOUT NOISE WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS FOR THE CLIENT'S SAFETY AND INSURANCE POLICY.
