Minimalist decorating to easily be adapted to the clients needs. Open floor plan with coastal modern decor. Unique floor plan where there are levels versus floors, line of sight goes from one floor to the other. Lots of natural lighting from front and back of home with multiple backdrops for photos/interviews. Living room has floor to ceiling windows in a spacious cathedral ceiling area. Stunning concrete fireplace and wood beams accent the height of this room while a large chandelier creates a cozy environment. The metal and wood stair case keep the vibe more modern, and the decor and light keep the vibe inviting and warm. A minimalist approach to the decorating makes for easy set up of sets/shoots/productions, with lots of space for maneuvering and creating your desired scene.
