The space is a spacious Victorian Art Nouveau-meets-Rock'n'Roll home owned by a respected filmmaker is perfect for media shoots and more. Capacity for shoots is approximately 50 people (negotiable) throughout the rentable 2600 sq. ft. 1st floor space which includes 3 separate entrances, a huge "Interview With A Vampire"-inspired red and black Ballroom (45x19 ft /850 sq ft/ ) with stage (19x9ft), baby grand piano, guitars, mics/PA, sound/DJ booth, all leading into an open service space (665 sq ft) with antique bar, 3 bathrooms, large Moroccan-inspired kitchen/dining area, a cozy dressing room/talent holding area, connecting to our screened-in Nouveau Patio (300 sq ft), hot tub, and lovely private backyard (400 sq ft). Upstairs a 2nd Kitchen/Dining Room, more bathrooms and dressing/holding areas are available for negotiable charge. Decor is movable/changeable. We try to keep the outside noise down after 11pm for neighbors, midnight for Fri/Sat. But inside, the rental can continue later with negotiation. We can recommend outside catering, table/chair rentals, higher-end sound system (we have a simple PA and seating for about 70 throughout the 1st floor and garden). Due to the age of the house we can't provide ADA accessibility for entry or bathrooms.
