The surrounding area is remarkably safe and the building is gated and patrolled by security 24/7. All-Day outdoor parking is available for $9 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle. There are several Truck Loading Bays available if you need to offload equipment. The building also features a 25ft freight elevator (Please see freight elevator schedule). The elevator is also operated by an attendant. The entrance to the rooftop has a 40" wide door so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space.
