With 1,300 square feet of charming indoor space and a 600 square foot treetop deck overlooking the river valley, the studio features 17 foot cathedral ceilings, exposed wooden beams, brick walls, bohemian chandeliers, and abundant natural light. All food must be brought in fully prepared and ready to serve. Caterers are welcome, but must operate without any on site cooking, heating, or cold storage. Disposable dishware or off site dishwashing is recommended. To book a half day or full day rental at the flat rate, please send us a message before reserving. We will send you a custom offer with your flat rate and all setup and cleanup time already included. Our studio is cleaned with natural cleaners on a regular basis. Each renter is expected to clean up trash and big spills from their time in the space. Extra cleaning will result in additional cost at the reasonable discretion of Ascent Studio.
