Welcome to our soulful, light filled studio nestled in Conestogo Village. Housed in a 150 year old heritage building, this warm and rustic space invites heartfelt connection and unforgettable memories. Whether you are hosting a baby shower, bridal gathering, birthday dinner, intimate ceremony, or community celebration, our studio offers a setting that feels as good as it looks.
With 1,300 square feet of charming indoor space and a 600 square foot treetop deck overlooking the river valley, the studio features 17 foot cathedral ceilings, exposed wooden beams, brick walls, bohemian chandeliers, and abundant natural light. The outdoor deck offers lounge seating, string lights, a gas fireplace, and seasonal patio heat, surrounded by the sounds and serenity of nature.

🍽️ Food and Catering Guidelines
Please note:
There is no kitchen, food preparation area, or refrigeration on site. All food must be brought in fully prepared and ready to serve. Caterers are welcome, but must operate without any on site cooking, heating, or cold storage.
Disposable dishware or off site dishwashing is recommended. We do not provide cooking supplies, serving ware, or cleanup of food related waste.

Hourly Booking (3 Hour Minimum):
125 dollars per hour
Ideal for baby showers, birthday dinners, ceremonies, and intimate celebrations
Includes an additional 30 minutes before and after your reserved time for setup and teardown
Access for up to 30 guests
Half Day Package (5 Event Hours Plus Setup and Teardown - 6.5hr total)
700 dollar flat rate - Includes Cleaning Fees
Includes 45 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup, plus 5 hours of event time
Access for up to 40 guests
Includes studio and deck, tables, chairs, host support, and all amenities
Full Day Package (8 Event Hours Plus Setup and Teardown):
1,150 dollar flat rate - Includes Cleaning Fees
Includes 1 hour before and after for setup and teardown, plus 8 hours of event time
Access for up to 45 guests
Ideal for intimate weddings, receptions, ceremonies, or retreats
Weekday Discount:
Receive 15 percent off bookings held Monday through Thursday.
📩 How to Book Half Day or Full Day Packages
Peerspace automatically applies hourly charges on top of any add ons, which may lead to duplicate charges. To book a half day or full day rental at the flat rate, please send us a message before reserving. We will send you a custom offer with your flat rate and all setup and cleanup time already included. This ensures accurate pricing and a smooth booking experience.

Bluetooth sound system is available on site
Outside DJs or amplified sound systems must be requested and approved in advance
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property
Smudging with sage or ceremonial herbs is welcome
Tenting is available on the porch or deck with prior approval
