Weather permitting, use the back screen porch, sunny, fenced backyard and traditional, open, front porch. Up the wide staircase, you’ll come to a full bathroom with shower, a large corner bedroom and a smaller middle bedroom, which are available for setting coats aside, changing clothes and storing event supplies. Step outside into serene Nicollet Island Park with walking paths, picturesque and surprisingly rustic, presenting lovely river and downtown views. Within 1.5 miles are St. Anthony Main, Nordeast, Boom Island Park, the North Loop, Target Field, Target Center, the Minneapolis Theater District, Nicollet Mall, Orchestra Hall, the Guthrie Theater and US Bank Stadium.
