Scandinavian Modern Event Space in the Forest - Meetings

Welcome to Pinewood Event Center located in Cambridge, MN! Looking to host a meeting? Our large modern event center surrounded by a pine forest may be just the fit for your next meeting. We have many meeting spaces to choose from where we cater to groups of all sizes! We can happily accommodate customized table/chair layouts for any groups utilizing our larger spaces. Option 1: (Juniper Suite) - Located on the second floor, this 800 sq ft suite has an elevated light lux style with multiple couches, high-top seating, a kitchenette for lunch, private bathroom, and a balcony. (20 ppl max) Option 2: (Forest Suite) - Located on the first floor, this 400 sq ft suite has a masculine-refined setting for planning sessions, equipped with a sofa, a kitchenette with high tops for lunch, private bathroom, and a patio area. (15 ppl max) Option 3: (Cedar Suite) - Located on the second floor, this 175 sq ft suite is ideal for small team meetings. It features a large conference-size table seating up to 6 and large windows offering inspiring views to fuel creativity. (10 ppl max) — Larger Spaces — Option 4: (The Lobby) - Located on the first floor, this 900 sq ft space is ideal for small meetings or for larger stand up cocktail parties. The space features floor to ceiling windows, a cozy fireplace, two large couches, and easy access to the main bathrooms and coat closet. (35 ppl max) Option 5: (The Pines) - Located on the second floor, this 2300 sq ft space is perfect for hosting awards ceremonies or lecture-style meetings. It overlooks our pine forest canopy and offers a large blank wall for presentations. (225 ppl max) Option 6: (The Woods) - Located on the first floor, this 3400 sq ft room is spacious and perfect for seminars or seated large group dinners. This space features numerous floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in and has large bi-fold doors that seamlessly expand this space to our outdoor patio. Additionally this space is directly connected to our full service bar and prep kitchen to support your catering needs. Conveniently located just outside of Cambridge, MN (less than an hour from downtown Minneapolis-St. Paul), our venue is surrounded by a picturesque pine forest.
