Conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, we are located just southeast of Penn Station and are accessible by the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, M subway lines. The space is 1408 sq ft equipped with ADA compliant elevator access, three restrooms, lobby area, and a small kitchen. On site we have chairs, tables, massage tables, yoga mats, speakers and more. A projector & screen and AV equipment are available for an additional fee, and additional rooms can be added on to support your event. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Alcohol is permitted as long as everyone is over 21. • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • Food should be prepared prior to booking. No cooking abilities onsite. • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed at a reasonable volume. DJ is not allowed. • Space Rules: No loud music, Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, No open flames.

All spaces and common areas are cleaned throughout the day. Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer are located in all of our rooms, available for renters to use. We encourage all renters to wash their hands as soon as they enter our space.
