A serene mountain property with endless parking, expansive mountain views and very few other houses visible. This is a 3-bedroom home located on 15 acres in the Upper Ojai Valley. It has expansive views to the North, of protected public lands, including sunset views and the iconic Topa Topa mountain range for Ojai's pink moment. The interior features a large open plan gathering area for the living room, dining, and kitchen areas, centered around a large fireplace. The mantel is hand-carved walnut from 100+ year old trees that grew on the property. The open plan allows for great camera angles, equipment and lighting options. Two of the large picture windows in the living room feature blackout curtains. The terrace off the front of the house has dining and seating options, as well as a outdoor shower and bathtub area. The 3 bedrooms include a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath with clawfoot bathtub. One bedroom has a lofted bed with built-in staircase and a smaller bedroom has a queen-sized bed and meditation set-up. The guest bathroom features plaster walls, curved walk-in shower, new fixtures and a walnut hand-carved counter surface. The property is perfect for your next filming location!
