History: We are the home of a former 1940's flower farm, an industrial smelting factory during the cold war that made parts for fighter jets and then became a hippie biodiesel plant. Now we have food and beverage, activities and small retail shops. Neighborhood: We are at the end of a long wooded road that opens up into a quirky mix of Dr. Seuss meets Willy Wonka and has tea with Harry Potter. Logistics: We have lots of spaces, but the most popular is a large building industrial building that is being renovated. It's great for corporate retreats, weddings, dances, birthdays, holiday parties, fundraisers, festivals. We work with event rental companies to put together the look and feel for each event. There are local transportation companies and lots of parking. We have restaurants and all sorts of fun beverages on site.
