No design detail was spared with tall vaulted ceilings w/ skylights, vivid colors, and custom wallpaper in every room. Perched on a quarter acre lot filled with fruit trees and gorgeous indoor and outdoor photo areas. Including checkered lawn with stripped 8' cowboy pool. Dani the owner is a well known artist and fashion/interior designer, this space is truly a creative haven. We are very strict with them and do enforce everything. *PLEASE NOTE IF YOU BOOK IN DECEMBER WE WILL HAVE CHRISTMAS DECOR UP, IF THAT’S AN ISSUE PLEASE TALK TO US WHEN BOOKING AND WE CAN COORDINATE HOW TO ADJUST WITH YOUR HELP* The rooms include our large living room, a cozy terracotta/pink reading nook, dining room, a green kitchen with bar and kitchen nook, green bathroom, gold and purple bedroom, a retro inspired music room (guitars are locked up in display case and permission is needed before using as props, beverage fridge not for guest consumption, may be styles for shoot with host permission), multi-color green staircase, a deck with city and hillside views, lush patio with printed floor, and a checkered lawn with cowboy pool, and gorgeous green outdoor kitchen. Everything you see in the photos is included in the rental of this space! Additionally we have an equally colorful but smaller downstairs space we rent for less. It also includes the yard (yes, both listings include the yard space)! Sometimes people will rent both out if they have a larger shoot or need more backdrops or bathrooms! All changes and cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy under any and all circumstances, so please check that before booking. We can occasionally accommodate free 15 min walkthroughs (for larger shoots) if it works with our schedule OR if you need more than 15 mins we book at our hourly rate paid in 30 mins intervals. We do have price breaks based on crew sizes. We count crew size day of the shoot and throughout the shoot, so be sure to have an accurate count submitted to us and double check with any clients to see if they plan to have ANY additional people drop by at ANY point. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t know extra people would be coming, the responsibility is on you as the booker to ask your team who all will be coming and notify everyone that crew sizes are set once booked. If crew sizes are larger than the booking size made, we will charge more based on the new tier size at the end of the shoot OR ask people to leave immediately. Crew size is counted by amount of individual people that enter our property at any point during the shoot. It counts for everyone, bosses that drop by to check on the shoot, brand owners, managers, assistants, nanny’s, boyfriends/girlfriends that swing by. There are no crew "swap outs" allowed and that does not reduce your crew size. This is one of our most strict rules and an issue we run into often. Renters are responsible to get proper FilmLA permits for commercial use when applicable. This is a legal requirement for all of LA locations and responsibility falls on the production to do this. We are especially strict in crews with 10 or more persons having all the proper permits, no exceptions. Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minuet your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. When your final walkthrough starts is when the time of the shoot ends. Street parking is available but can be tough when there’s larger shoots since it’s a small hillside street, so ride share is encouraged. This is our personal home and we may be onsite while the shoot is going on, but do our best to stay out of the way. We usually stay in the bedroom, retro room, or outside on our deck or yard. We can move rooms if you need to shoot in any of the spaces where we are! We occasionally enter the kitchen or bathroom to use during a shoot and do have the right to enter any room at any time. Most of our personal items will be put away for shoots, but there’s sometimes a few objects and things here and there. If anything is in the way give us a heads up and we’re happy to move it. We ask that our shoot guests be extra mindful of noise and respectful of the shared space in the yard. We will do our best to give you a heads up if that’s the case. We do have cameras rolling and there is absolutely no opening any drawers or cabinets. No use of items in our Kictchen or bathroom, and again do not open anything in these areas, our personal belongings are there. We have two dogs and there is probably dog hair throughout the house, so please note this if you have allergies. Please note that we occasionally change out and swap furniture in this space. While it will more or less the same, please note it may not be identical to photos. If you have something in particular furniture wise you need for a shoot, please ask before booking! Our outdoor pillows, cushions, and blankets are usually put away when were not using them to protect them, but if you plan on shooting outside give us a heads up and we will be sure it's all set and ready for you. Please also note that some of the trees outside do loose their leaves or turn brown in fall and winter, so it may not look identical to photos. We throughly clean the home between all guests. Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, clean bathrooms and kitchen. The home has a ton of outdoor space for crew to be during shoot.
