Dishes on the third floor do not need to be washed. - Throw away all trash and remove all food from the refrigerator. - Turn off and cover the fire pit. - Lock both the sky deck door and the front door. House Rules: - Unregistered pets and guests are not allowed. - Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. - Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property, including outdoors. The fee for smoking is $200.
