The main room showcases vinyl hardwood floors and a contemporary kitchen featuring granite countertops, Edison lights, and stainless steel appliances. The 20-foot ceilings boast four rows of LED lighting, accentuated by exposed industrial black corrugate paneling and metal brackets, as well as an exposed concrete feature wall with expansive windows, each equipped with retractable shades. Perfect for photo shoots and video shoots. Enhancing your creative capabilities, the studio offers studio lighting, and four 107 inch wide, 16 foot tall matte backdrops – standard white, matte black, vibrant green (ideal for green-screen work), and vibrant pink (tulip)– suspended from the upper wall. Our backdrop is taller than most studios thanks to our high ceilings. We can order in other colour backdrops that we aren't carrying with 10-14 days notice for an additional charge. A dedicated bathroom is provided for the duration of your booking, and additional props and equipment are available for rent, including natural items, soft box lights, tripods, a 6' white or gold reflector, tables, chairs, and sandbags. For seamless workflow and real-time collaboration, a wireless 50" TV is mounted on the wall, allowing you to stream music, work, or connect your camera equipment for on-set viewing.
