Mehr über die Räumlichkeit
This 3 floor new apartment building is chic, stunning, and near the beach. Inside feels like it’s in Manhattan, but right outside you see the ocean. Beautiful entry/foyer, tastefully decorated hallways, great gym, good size community room. sweet laundry room, a garage and of course lovely modern and various sized apartments, some furnished, others are not. Stunning rooftop deck. Perfect for TV, film, commercials and photo shoots. (TBD which apts are available and when, some photos may not reflect.)
