Located in the heart of Lawrence in one of the historical mills, our location, is a naturally lit and spacious Photography Studio. A place for people to get in front and behind the camera to express themselves through: Modeling, Brand Shoots, Product Photography, Fashion Photography, Creative Directing, Events, And More! This is a full-service studio so Floor Manager/Photographer will be on site for your assistance. Inquire about our in-house photography services if you are in need. NOTE: This is not a sounds stage. Video w/ audio recordings will have to deal with bleed noise from the outside at times. About the Space The facility is security monitored, 24 hours a day. 14 ft ceilings Overall size: 15’10’’ ft. x 33’6” ft. Natural light from loft size windows (9ft) 1 makeup station with mirror 1 clothing rack (with hangers) 1 Steamer Step ladder 1 couch Multiple chairs 1 large folding table 1 stool Equipment (Included with rental): Light modifiers (softboxes). 2 v-flats, double sided (one side white, one side black) 4 - 9ft Seamless paper rolls from our various colors are FREE to use, if you don’t roll out the backdrop onto a floor, don’t step on it, or damage it. The colors will be chosen beforehand and set up before your arrival. 2 x white posing boxes (23x13x10.5) 2 x black posing boxes (23x13x10.5) Additional upgrades include: $20 per Seamless pull per color: Seamless pull is when you pull the paper all the way under your feet where you step on the paper. A pull is 4feet long which is enough for a model to stand on. Pulling longer than 4-5 feet may result in extra charges.
