Creative home on the Venice Canals. Perfect space to work out of, host a meetings, set up for photo shoots and videos. Hold private or semi private events and enjoy the beautiful Venice Canals while you feel the creativity flow. A spacious kitchen for any culinary tasks, the large living room has 3 TV's a projector and 2 work stations. There is a roll up garage door in the living room that can be opened up to create and indoor outdoor experience. The small office off the living room has a work station or can be used as a changing room/ lounge space. The front yard has a fire pit and faces the canals. There is a shared larger yard that can be reserved for privacy as well. The space also has access to a barge/deck but would need to be reserved separately. It is motorized and gives a uniquely wonderful canal experience.
