It will be gradually converted to an urban farm and large garden from Feb (large greenhouse) with outdoor planting starting around May. Internal spaces are modest, midcentury and art deco. The house is 1949. It's green and white and brass outside and inside. Indoor houseplants. Antique furniture. Granny-ish kitsch in some rooms. Elegant white and gold kitchen and bathroom.
