Denver's premier contemporary space for artistic expression is a unique and beautiful space for parties, fundraisers and galas, performances, social gatherings, weddings & receptions of all types. We have a traditional gallery space in front with two huge garage doors that open to the street on two sides with an occupancy of 90. A central hallway & gallery space including artist studios & restrooms and a wonderful performance space with stage & greenroom that can accommodate up to 300 people. Both areas can be combined or rented separately and the entire facility is ADA compliant. It is centrally located in the historic Lower Highland (LoHi) neighborhood on Denver's Northside, next to world-class restaurants and retail and Lodging.
