Whether you need to host a class, ticketed event, private dinner, baby shower, business meeting, or provide overnight accommodations for your event, our brand new and stylish farmer's market is available for your needs. Located along the renowned "M-72 Farming Corridor" (wineries and farms), we are only 12 minutes to downtown Traverse City yet unique in our beautiful rural surroundings. Our tables, seating and retail space can be arranged per your event's needs. Maximum occupancy of 42 people indoors and 100 people outdoors, per fire department's determination. If you need to rent the space during our business hours (before 2 p.m.) we are able to close the market for your use for additional fees.

100-Person Event tent: $475/hr w/ 3hr minimum (includes solidwood tables and chairs; sidewalls available)
Weddings are allowed and must be booked directly. Weddings include increased staff, insurance, and pricing.
Ad-On: cafe barista or bartender $25/hr for your event/meeting.
