More than 3 hours there will be an extra prorated charge. <> The pricing is a flat fee. <> First time bookings are required to do a walk-through or video call to see the space. ## FAQs Q. Conveniently located in Century City right off the main street, one block away from the Westfield Mall. - The Podcast Suite includes a 250 Sq. Ft. Studio Set and a separate Production Room (275 Sq. Ft.) separated by a wall to maintain quality with sound recording. - The separation of recording and production allows any one from your team who is not "in studio" to monitor the recording without having to worry about being too loud while recording. - Custom set design can be available with an extra charge - Recording uses, Audio ONLY, Audio + Video Podcasts, Audio Book recordings, Looping, High-end video walk-thru of software, Explainer videos, TikTok videos, Creating memes with the green screen and more. You are limited by creativity. - There is a loading dock and dedicated service elevator if needed. - Well maintained, multi stall bathrooms are available on the same floor as the studio. - We offer and serve a coffee cart for all guests. Which includes great coffee (leaded and unleaded), not to worry, we have Oat Milk and water also available at our filter refill station. **Fun Fact: We call the Studio Set "The Beastie Boys Room" and the adjoining Production Room is called, "Mitski." <> Added Value - When booking for multiple recording sessions, we offer use of our Backdrop Studio to curate and hold a photo shoot for headshots or other podcast creative assets. *The current options are, GREEN, YELLOW, WHITE, and BLACK backdrops. - Nonprofits receive a 10% discount. - Multiple recording sessions can receive a discount. <> Availability - Is on a first come, first serve basis. - We can be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. - After Hours Weekdays = After 9pm PT until 9am PT. There is an increase in rental by 20% <> Disclosures - You will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that you have all the rights to the content you create and final edit of your audio/video creative work. <> Next Steps to Book - We strongly advise doing a walk-thru of the space prior to booking to make sure we are the right fit for your recording use. - In the event you choose to use the immediate booking option, please make sure you allow enough time for your guests to arrive and leave as a part of your booking. Example, if you believe your recording will take two hours, we would recommend you add more time for arrivals and departures. Extra time will be charge if needed.
