Spacious semi-historic 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house in Fountain Square is an easy drive or transit to/from downtown. Large old rooms with plenty of space for a family or a small group. Has a living room and a dining room as well as room to eat in the kitchen. The house was built in 1872 and is as original to the way the original family built it as I have been able to keep it while providing modern comforts. The house is located in the quirky and quickly gentrifying neighborhood of Fountain Square known for its art shows on First Friday. It is just a few blocks and a short walk from the main business district. Plenty of restaurants and bars to try without requiring a cab ride home.
