* Please note: Pool is currently covered with grass deck for the winter season. The backyard is still usable otherwise. This mid century modern home built in 1964 is ideal for video and photo shoots or a daytime event venue. The main part of the home features black slate flooring with glass walls and original mahogany wood paneling. The home is furnished in a mix of vintage and modern pieces. The large open floor to ceiling windows provide a variety of ample lighting during all hours of the day. The entrance of the home opens to an atrium with a seating area and hammock. The outdoor space features a lap pool, firepit, dining area, sitting area and bar with grill. There is a large, smooth stucco wall great for portraits. A wide variety of succulents and cacti are found both indoors and out. Indoor areas available include: kitchen, dining area, living room, office, bathroom and primary bedroom & bathroom. All fequently touched surfaces and items will be cleaned before each booking. General vacuuming, dusting, mopping and bathroom cleaning will also be performed. Windows will be professonally washed bi-monthly.
