Mid-century modern home built in 1964, available for photo and video shoots. Original details throughout — black slate floors, mahogany wood paneling, and glass walls that bring in natural light from morning through golden hour. Furnished in a mix of vintage and modern pieces. Inside: Kitchen, dining area, living room, office, primary bedroom and bathroom. Outside: Lap pool, firepit, bar with grill, dining and seating areas, and a large smooth stucco wall that works well for portraits. Succulents and cacti indoors and out add natural texture. The entry opens to an atrium with a seating area and hammock. Lots of varied shooting locations in one property — good for brands or creators who need range without moving locations. All fequently touched surfaces and items will be cleaned before each booking. General vacuuming, dusting, mopping and bathroom cleaning will also be performed. Windows will be professonally washed bi-monthly.
