Be one of the first to experience a unique (~10 acres) ranch with many amenities to bring your event vision to life. Our space features a unique custom house (on piers), a 4,000 sq ft pole barn, concrete patio, parking, and a private tree-lined concrete driveway leading up to the structures. Our property is best suited for weddings (booked direct), but on Peerspace, we offer space for smaller-scale gatherings such as: birthdays, baby showers, baptisms, bridal showers, dinners, brunches, banquet events, etc. Our ranch is located in Peotone, IL about 15 minutes from Kankakee and Bourbonnais. Please note pricing is for access to the pole barn. House kitchen use is an additional charge - see the add-ons section. Overnight stays are handled separately via Airbnb. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 30 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
