Our space currently has 10 different sets including a 22ft x 14ft x 15ft cyc wall, Astera-lit hallway, a UK phone booth alley, office/den, an Archway tunnel, 4 colors of seamless paper backdrops, a pallet hallway, a black-out wall, and a large metal door with magnetic tube lights, and more. Our backlot is available for filming as well, industrial look with a metal roll up door. We also have a glass platform which is available as an add on for $100 We charge a $60 fee for the repainting on the cyc wall. You can also leave the cover on the floor to avoid the fee. If you need the seamless backdrop to be rolled all the way out with talent standing on it, it's $30 as we have to cut off the portion that was stepped on. LED tunnel set is an additional $25 flat. Please give notice of your plan to use this as it has to be set up. All bookings include 6 Astera AX-1s, 2x1 Gemini RGB panel and an Aputure 300x on a menace arm. Our Studio also has a private dressing room and an office. The Studio property includes the parking lot as well, please don't have additional people hanging out in the parking lot. Any one on the property counts toward the number of guests for the booking so additional charges could come with people hanging out in the parking lot. After your booking, please do not hang out in the parking lot. Overtime will be charged if guests are still hanging out or filming on the property as the site rep can not leave until everyone is gone.
