SPACE FEATURES: - 3 ROOMS + OUTDOOR SPACE (900 sq ft indoors + 300 sq ft outdoors), with classic Parisian Mouldings all over the unit: The Living-Room with our Terracotta tones and iconic fireplace mantle; The Day Lounge: the corner bedroom with light tones and our retro pink mouldings; The Night Lounge: with the iconic art deco accent wall, rich green tones and luxurious bar cart. The Patio: our French Provincial wooden outdoor terrace. Every rental includes full access to the whole unit. Every piece of furniture is easily movable via sliders. We allow a max of 25 people in the space. - Easy access by TTC (bus across the street as well as the subway station Runnymede 5 minutes south) or by car with easy-to-find free parking all around the block. - Full kitchen available with espresso machine and tea kettle (coffee, tea, oat milk provided) - Full private bathroom inside the unit; - Complimentary high-speed internet; - Bluetooth speaker. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE SMALL PARKING LOT NEXT TO OUR DOOR, EVEN TO UNLOAD/LOAD. It is not ours, you will be towed and an additional fee will be charged.
