Overview: The venue has one 3200 sq. ft. BALLROOM and one 530 sq. ft. STUDIO space. Both rooms have 6′ tall mirrors along one wall, hardwood floors, state-of-the-art sound equipment, and individual temperature controls. A front desk reception area, a comfortable seating area, a full kitchen with bar seating, and 2 public restrooms complete this 4,600 sq. ft. space. Our great BALLROOM is primarily used as a dance studio and event space, it also makes for a lovely music venue. It’s a perfect space for performances, social dancing, workshops, sound baths, yoga, receptions, special occasion celebrations, filming & photoshoots. The atmosphere is elegantly understated, akin to a high-end living room where guests feel both indulged and at ease. Think soft lighting, ensuring an intimate yet vibrant setting for any occasion. The STUDIO is perfect as a breakout room suitable for meetings, green room, and photo shoots. Neighborhood details: The venue is surrounded by an eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, and shops, all within 5-10 min walking distance. Right off of the freeway exit, the venue is easy to reach by car and public transit. There are (10) parking spots in our onsite lot, a nearby parking lot at walking distance as well as street parking. Logistics: The BALLROOM comes furnished with sofas, armchairs, and upholstered benches seating at least 40 attendees.
