The Ballroom (3,200 sq. ft.) The heart of Motivo LA is its Ballroom, designed as both a performance stage and a welcoming parlor. With floating hickory hardwood floors, golden lighting, and plush seating, the room evokes the warmth of a high-end living room while offering professional-grade amenities: • Yamaha C6 7’ grand piano • Ceiling-mounted Epson projector • JBL professional sound system with 16-channel mixer • 27 DMX-controlled spotlights, disco ball, and customizable lighting for ambiance or performance • In-house seating for 120 • Elegant furnishings including sofas, armchairs, and upholstered benches It’s a space where musicians, dancers, and audiences feel equally at home - intimate enough for chamber works, expansive enough for dance rehearsals, community concerts and fundraisers. The Studio (530 sq. ft.) Our Studio serves as a versatile breakout space: a rehearsal room, green room, or meeting area with maple hardwood floors, Swedish wall ladders, sound system, and abundant natural light.
