Although our 2,000 SQFT studio space has incredible amounts of natural light, we also have a wide range of lighting equipment included in the booking rate! On-site freight elevator is available but there are 2 elevators in the building can accommodate most hand-held equipment. There are plenty of public transportation options surrounding the studio (A, C to HIGH STREET; 2/3 to CLARK STREET; F to YORK STREET; B25 Bus to FULTON FERRY) as well as food (takeout + dine in). Great space for industry professionals, up+coming artists, content producers / influencers, intimate events, and even an ideal place for quick wardrobe changes if you're taking pictures by the Brooklyn Bridge Park! Our space prides itself in being self-sufficient. Meaning: Please RETURN the studio's equipment and appearance the way it was upon arrival. Please be aware of your time management, as set-up + breakdown should be done WITHIN your booked time. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the studio is left in disarray or unkempt. We offer ONE pull of white in your booking rate. Grey or Black are available for $20 PER PULL. Additional colors are $30 per pull. For a special color request that we do not have inventory of, the cost will be $100 for the roll and delivery. Please give us 2-3 days advanced notice. We also offer CUSTOM material / fabrics for backdrops at an additional cost. Prices vary depending on fabric and size, please inquire if interested.
