No problem! For a flat $70 fee and 48-hour notice, it will be pristine for your shoot. •Need specific backdrops or gear? Just ask—happy to help! •Need to scout the studio for a big production? Just message and we can do a $30 half hour scouting session. •What is the minimum timing for bookings? 6a-10a and 6p-6a Bookings can be 2 hrs, just send a request. 10a-6p Bookings must be 3 hrs or longer •What if I need extra time to break down / reset the space / clean up after my shoot? The booking time should include all of these. So if you stop shooting at 6 and need to take until 6:30 to break down and make sure everything is back in its place, book until 6:30. There is a grace period of 5 minutes, but if you stay 6 minutes over, you will be charged for 30 minutes of overtime. •How do I calculate attendees? Attendee pricing is based off of TOTAL attendees. So if you’re holding a casting for example, plug in the total amount of people expected over the course of your booking. •Can I bring my dog? Dogs require an additional $100 fee, regardless of service status or not. Please mention this upon booking and add the fee to your booking. They are not allowed on any of the furniture.
