Plenty of character and true 1970s vibes, this time capsule is a great film and photo shoot location. Ready to complete your vision for a welcoming and visually pleasing event: Groovy pad? The front room with terrazzo floors, foil wallpaper, and evocative accents. Warm, cozy, nostalgic, Brady Bunch kitsch? The walnut-paneled great room with two conversation areas and Early American/Colonial furniture. The kitchen is a vintage lover’s dream, and there’s seating for six at the dining table. * Please respect the integrity of the house: Absolutely no wall art or accessories may be hung, taped or affixed. The use of command hooks, tape, nails, etcetera is strictly prohibited, as is the removal or adjustment of any of the house fixtures. * Lights, props, hardware and set pieces are not to be affixed to walls, surfaces, doorways, shelves, etc. Gaffer tape prohibited. * While there isn’t a bedroom/dressing room/overflow room is available, we find crews utilize the separate front living area (green walls) as their staging/prep area. * The kitchen and dining areas are strictly for photography purposes- no food preparation of any kind may take place in the space. * By booking That70sAustinHouse, you agree with the condition of the location “as is”. No installation of additional features or the temporary removal of furniture and decor from the premises is offered with the use of the space. * Your rental includes a host/location manager on premises at all times- available, yet out of your way. The host will move for you any furnishings, plants and decor at your request, and is the only person authorized to handle our items. Host is at your service but never intrusive, remaining in private areas most of the time. * Weather permitting, Access and use of outdoor patio area and seating is included. * We are not responsible for loss, damages or injury to individuals or their property. * Other conditions not specified in this document may apply. HOUSE RULES: * No alcohol or recreational drugs of any kind * No smoking or vaping indoors. * No firearms or weapons. * No cooking * No outdoor noise or music. * Keep all food consumption to the outdoor patio area. No food allowed indoors. * No pets, sorry. Service animals only by special arrangement. * No smoke machines * No adult/explicit content, including but not limited to: nudity, lingerie, drug use.
