The raw concrete floors provide an industrial aesthetic to the loft while the expansive windows flood the open plan with sunlight. The massive wood beam arches extend overhead and welcome a warmth and wealth of possibility. Furnished thoughtfully and carefully, this space is best suited for intimate gatherings whether it be a dinner between friends, workshops/classes, or a backdrop for your next shoot. Plenty of white walls line the open plan to make it convenient for any shoots. The space comes with a full and working kitchen, ready to host a dinner party and/or utilize as a prep kitchen. Bookings include (1) parking space and plenty of street parking available making it easy for your crew and/or guests. Just about a block's worth of walking distance from La Colombe on the bike path and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and eateries nearby.
