This listing is for private access to our 500 seat auditorium and open industrial lobby space. The auditorium includes a stage, sound system, two projectors, and lighting. The lobby space contains a coffee bar, restrooms, two seating areas with sofas and chairs, and lots of room to mingle. Additionally, there are breakout meeting rooms, a kitchenette, meeting rooms and childcare furnished rooms available on request. Uses: - Conferences or Workshops - Company Retreats - Weddings - Networking Events - Social Events

While we clean our space regularly, we ask that our guests be responsible for removing their own garbage and recycling post event, and leave the space as tidy as they found it. As stewards of our facility and deep desire to create a clean and easy to use space as possible for our guests, we do expect our guests to do likewise. Thank you for your sensitivity to this!
