It is approximately 1900 square feet with a full and expansive balcony with Ocean and Marina Views! Gorgeous Bedroom and Bathrooms! Beautifully decorated and showroom living room and dining room areas. Also has a fully functional and granite and marble kitchen! Great lighting for photo shoots, filming, and intimate dinners!
