Welcome to the perfect Mid-Century Modern home for your next project! This space is a private residence made available as a film, photo, music video, recording studio, or an event location. It is located on a 4-acre wooded lot. It is a unique custom-designed home built in 1968, with well-preserved original features such as a 16' vaulted ceiling, real wood paneling, herringbone brick floors, red oak hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, and spiral and exposed staircases. The time capsule home is outfitted with an array of vintage MCM furniture, including a Broyhill Brasilia bedroom set, Witco World Map, VH Woolums swag light, 6' built-in record shelf, 1960s hi-fi, and a grand piano. Throughout the day the home is bathed in changing natural light from the skylights and oversized windows. Overhead shots are easy to capture from the staircase and balcony that overlook the sunken living room. The rental includes 1500 square feet of space, including - living room - full kitchen - dining room - half bath (ground floor) - full bath (upstairs) Bedrooms, exterior areas, additional music equipment, and a 1962 blue Ford Thunderbird classic car can be added on for an additional fee. Please ask in advance if possible! No pets live in this house (in case allergens are a concern). We have enjoyed many repeat clients and look forward to hosting you!
