A building full of character with beautiful natural lighting created by the tall windows and ceilings. Great for photo sessions, video, meetings, and more. 2 rooms so there's plenty of space to create multiple sets if you'd like. Also a hair and makeup area, and use of the common areas near the steps. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, and not handicap accessible. There is a private restroom in the suite, and access to a bluetooth speaker. **Please contact me if you want 5+ hours of usage** **Use of wardrobe is NOT included with the rental**
