This showroom has been designed by Nina Magon. It is a 3,000 SF space, with an open space concept. Beautifully designed, with two bathrooms, office space and a small back room. It has a very large Stone Island. The countertop has a kitchen sink, coffee maker, water boiler, and some ceramic cups and plates set. A lot of space and sitting area. Capacity: - The venue comfortably fits about 80 people, depending on the setup. - Seated capacity for 40 guests. - There are also 2 restrooms available for your convenience. Key Features: - Open tranquil space with a view of the Ciry, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. - WiFi is available to keep you and your guests connected throughout your event. - Enjoy refreshments with our coffee and tea maker. Amenities: - Restrooms for the convenience of your guests. - Lounge furniture to create comfortable seating areas. Food and Alcohol Policies: - Outside food is allowed, giving you the freedom to bring in your own catering or hire a professional. - You may bring your own alcohol, as long as it's not sold during the event. Noise, Timing, and Event End Times: - Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors and local noise regulations. - The duration of your event should adhere to the timeframes agreed upon during the booking process.
