The House: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by new white oak floors, plaster-beamed ceilings, curved archways, original plaster walls, mullion windows, antique doors & hardware, and a recently renovated chef's kitchen featuring an oversized waterfall marble island. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, where French doors beckon you to step out to the serene gardens adorned with a lily pad pond, fountains, and mature olive trees. Multiple tiers of outdoor space provide expansive areas for events and shoots. Walk down to the large rooftop deck, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hillsides, providing a picturesque backdrop for entertaining with a romantic ambiance.
