Welcome to our stunning Hollywood Hills retreat, nestled on a corner lot amidst the lush greenery of the Hollywood Hills. Built-in 1934, this elegant ivy-covered two-story European-style home offers a perfect blend of modern and timeless charm. The House: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by new white oak floors, plaster-beamed ceilings, curved archways, original plaster walls, mullion windows, antique doors & hardware, and a recently renovated chef's kitchen featuring an oversized waterfall marble island. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, where French doors beckon you to step out to the serene gardens adorned with a lily pad pond, fountains, and mature olive trees. Multiple tiers of outdoor space provide expansive areas for events and shoots. Walk down to the large rooftop deck, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hillsides, providing a picturesque backdrop for entertaining with a romantic ambiance. Enjoy the manicured English ivy on the lowest tier with blue flagstone pavers, pea gravel, and a serene European fountain. Beautiful outdoor lighting, chandeliers, and light-wrapped trees create a magical nightscape around the entire property. Areas For Use: The main level of the house - around 1700 sqft, + all outdoor areas are available for use. A spacious marble kitchen with Viking appliances, unlacquered brass hardware, a custom 8-foot island, and a banquette dining area connects to the open living room. The 3 main level bedrooms are being used as 1. Guest bedroom with antique fireplace and original French windows + Bay Window, 2. Sitting room with large beautiful mullion windows revealing stunning views, 3. A rich moody library/study, all serviced by 2 bathrooms. The inviting living room offers limewashed plaster walls and a corner adobe fireplace. Opening the French doors offers a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The lower level primary suite area (650 sq ft) is not for use, it has a separate locked entrance. Parking: There is free street parking every day after 6 pm, and all day Sunday. We have two visitor passes for street parking Mon-Sat 7 am-6 pm. There is one parking spot in the gated driveway, or two cars tandem style (with the gate left open). The entire property is gated/hedged.
