Welcome to Wander West Showroom. This space is 1300 square foot showroom inspired creative space in Costa Mesa, California. This space is great for meetings, small events, art shows or small gatherings. It has interesting angles that segment it off for different uses. It has it's own bathroom, kitchenette and it's own entrance from the front of building. All the furniture, shelves, tables, rolling racks etc you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. Its also has heating and AC. We do have a warehouse space that you can rent in addition. The 2 spaces can be connected by double doors and be used as one space or closed off for individual use. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchen, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
