Welcome to When & Where Studio/Event Space — a 1,300 sq. ft. multi-functional creative venue located in Costa Mesa, California. Our private, spacious, and versatile event space is the perfect canvas for your next gathering. Whether you’re hosting a Birthday party, Baby shower,  meeting, pop-up, art show, workshop, photo shoot, celebration, or small event, the space can easily be customized to fit your needs. We recently just had our floors redone and freshly painted. The studio features unique architectural angles and segmented areas that naturally create different zones for entertaining, displaying, lounging, or working. The space includes: * Private front entrance * Private restroom (gender-neutral) * Kitchenette * Large refrigerator * Heating & air conditioning * 16 ft ceilings * Polished concrete floors * 3 x wood 5 feet Tables * 3 x white 6 feet tables ( these can be standing or sitting tables) * 1 Large wood table with benches * 20 white folding chairs * 6 lounge chair soft seating * Sonos speakers * Wifi **** Please see the photo in listing that says Available amenities * Small enclosed storage space with double doors All furniture and amenities shown in the photos — including shelves, tables, chairs, rolling racks, and display pieces — are modular and can be moved around and used as needed for your event setup. We also offer an additional warehouse space available to rent separately. The two spaces can connect through double doors and be used as one larger venue or kept separate for individual use. Please note: Setup and breakdown time must be included within your reserved rental hours. In our experience, most events require approximately 2–4 hours for setup and about 1 hour for breakdown, depending on décor and vendor needs. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchen, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
