The main entry has four-(4) outside steps leading to the front door. No ramp or wheelchair access. Space offers four-(4) breakout rooms. Features include 2 fireplaces, hardwood floors, french doors, a screened side porch, a kitchen and a powder room. 35 guests maximum. Perfect space offers flexibility for collaboration meetings, training sessions, workshops, podcasts, photo shoots, filming studio, video productions, pop-ups, networking events, organization/professional meetings, social gatherings, product promos, tea parties, wine tastings, baby showers, bridal parties, birthday gatherings, intimate gatherings, art exhibits or other similar events.
