Our indoor/outdoor bright and fun home is ideal for intimate elevated gatherings, networking events, and private parties. Enjoy the private access to the main entertaining outdoor space with a private pool, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining. Indoor you will find an open living-space which includes: - 65” TV - Game Table with various games - Dinning area (Seats 6-8) - And a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating for 6. Our space is uniquely designed for your intimate gatherings in the indoor and outdoor open space with separate zones for group breakout sessions. We can arrange the venue in a variety of configurations. To ensure a flawless experience we greet every client at the start of their booking and may have a manager available during your event. FURNITURE All furniture pictured that is still available for use and included in your rental. Custom setups which require extensive setup and breakdown will incur additional fees. PARKING Street and public lot parking nearby. PRICING List price is the starting rate for up to 10 people (see rate calculator). We have professional cleaners that sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
