Conveniently located on Lincoln, steps away from Paulina brown line, street level access, the space is designed to be versatile and suitable for a wide range of events and gatherings. Birthday/ private dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, art workshops, photoshoots, networking events, corporate events, family gatherings. You can rearrange the furniture for the duration of your event to fit your needs. We offer a cozy sitting area, leather sofa with coffee table, Nespresso coffee station, professional Bose speaker, ice maker, beverages fridge, coat rack, 2 restrooms. Included with your booking: 4 dinning tables with 30 leather chairs. Parking: free on side streets, $2/ hour on Lincoln in front of the building. BYOB allowed. Outside food allowed
