This space includes a gallery or lobby area (15' x 34' Gallery) The Gallery features informal seating for about twenty-one to twenty-five (seating 21-25) which includes four (4) lounge chairs perfect for informal meetings and intimate gatherings, and two (2) cafe-style multipurpose tables (seating 8-12 ). Massive windows bring in all that natural light, and the concrete floors keeping the relaxed yet modern clean aesthetic real. The uncluttered space, white walls and 14' ceilings are perfect for art exhibitions, fashion displays, wine tastings and recitals. The Gallery space includes a private, accessible restroom, wifi and bluetooth sound system. This space is nestled in a quiet corner of the plaza right next to green space giving you and your guests a secluded space to enjoy nature views. This is not a shared space and you will have the entire unit all to yourself during your event/meeting. Fantastic Location! Located in Carrollton, right off the Sam Rayburn Tollway (Highway 121). 12 minutes from the airport. Plenty of free parking on site.
