This is a lovely, modern studio space with 8-foot ceilings, insulated and heated. Two windows provide natural light, and the garage door can be opened if desired. Plentiful power outlets and well lit, with several tables for gear organization. Ceiling-mounted lighting options to minimize floor space clutter. Special FX gear available (fog, snow machines, digital projectors) upon request. Ceiling-mounted backdrop holders come equipped with black or white paper backgrounds, with space for two more if you wish to bring your own. We also have additional colours available upon request. Curtain track runs the entire perimeter of the space, allowing use of fabric backdrops in flexible configurations. Mobile false wall segments allow for additional backdrop options, including fake windows, fake shower, and venetian blind setups. Studio lighting equipment and modifiers are available for use with an extra charge. Computer, stereo system, large flat-screen TV, various tethering options available. Bar fridge and use of outdoor space available upon request.
