The rented space also includes 600 sq ft of indoor space that is great as a bridal suite or dressing room. The upper deck is (10'x55') good for additional seating and has a great spot for a DJ. The lower deck (20'x44') is perfect for ceremonies, seating, & dance floor. ** DISCOUNTED RATES AVAILABLE for photo shoots and yoga retreats ** ** Bookings by the hour include the space & bridal suite, refrigerator & bar for bar tender, second large refrigerator for cakes or other items, commercial ice maker, deep cleaning before the event and trash disposal after the event. All other items are addon's ** ** Whole day package $4000** - This package offers plenty of time for set-up, decorating, photos, and getting ready on site. Includes: * 8am to 11pm. * Everything in the hourly rate inclusions. * Parking attendants. * PA system with mic's (upon request) * One bar tender for 4 hours (parties over 75 will require an additional bar tender). * Two crew members at the end of the booking for breakdown & clean up. * Luxury restroom trailer rental. - THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE BOOKING - - We are not event planers, clean up service or decorators. We will help with certain things but please keep in mind you may need to hire staffing for your event. Your party guests cannot be the staff, things will not go as expected and we would be unprepared to take on those responsibilities. - RSVP and other rental services do not set up, they will drop everything off in one location and expect everything to be in that same location for pick up. - Your time booked must include set up and clean up of your event. Rental drop off must be done the day of the event and picked up no later than the following morning. - We understand that you may want to leave as soon as your event has ended, if that is your plan staffing is required to breakdown and clean up afterwards. - Since we are closer to the mountains the sun will set behind them about 20-30 minutes earlier than the weather channel states sunset is for Las Vegas. - Items or furniture rented from us will include set up of those items in the location of your choosing. Also includes breakdown and cleaning of those items. * Change overs are not included and would require staffing. - Open flames, candles, matches, fireworks are not permitted. * A $500 refundable security deposit is required for booking. This deposit will be returned at the end of your event. Any missing or broken items will be deducted from the security deposit before refunding. Misuse of the property or rules may also result in deductions from the security deposit. Last minute rentals from us will not be deducted from the security deposit and must be paid by other means before the end of the event. Security deposits must be paid outside of Peer Space (please see peer space rules and regulations) in the form of cashiers check, Venmo, or Zell (no cash) before access to the property is permitted. * No confetti, glitter, or colored powder cannons. *Failure to follow rules, abuse or misuse of the area and or our property may result in additional charges or eviction of the property.
