Option between CamLock hookups or (2) 50amp distribution boxes. 7 Tons of air conditioning (2) 4’x8’ frosted skylights with the option to block out. 4k # Freight elevator The Space: We are close to the airport, so noise sensitive productions are advised to use the space between 10pm and 6am. The space is available 24/hrs 7/days There are no noise restrictions. (Within reason) We are located on the second floor, with a ground level loading space and freight elevator.
