Our Meeting Space in Happy Valley offers space for training sessions, seminars, meetings, interviews, co-working, photoshoots, retreats, and more. This room can easily accommodate 12-18 persons. Amenities include: - Whiteboards and flipboards. - Shelving - T.V Screen - Photographic backdrop - C stands and sandbags - Natural light This quiet ground level in the gated property is the ideal venue for your next event. The space is bright, airy, and open, with a blend of contemporary and oriental themes as the major décor. Guests are welcome to hang out in the one-acre secluded fenced backyard. A wooden bridge crosses over a flowing creek and is surrounded by thick cedar and maple trees. It is a haven for brainstorming and brief break sessions. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
