We are pleased to present to you this Spanish Colonial home in the historical neighborhood of Leimert Park, CA. A perfect blend of traditional and contemporary, this home sits loud and proud on one of the most popular streets in the neighborhood. Upon entering, you will notice all of the original character - beamed ceilings, a large arched window and a wood burning fireplace. Original wood floors run throughout the house and terracotta tiles line the kitchen and main entryway. Wedding cake ceilings adorn the light filled dining room, kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Main bathroom has been remodeled to reflect a more modern aesthetic with a white oak vanity and patterned tiles. Front and backyards are fully landscaped with mature flowers, trees and hedges, creating a beautiful backdrop! Detached 2 car garage is the perfect place for hair/makeup and crew providing lots of seating and floor length mirror.
