It is right off the highway. Close to the Miami International Airport. 15 min drive and 30 minutes during rush hour. The building is quiet and secured. The space is 1,066 SF. The rooftop is completely open with a covering area as you enter the door. Please see images. There are multiple outdoor power outlets and lighting. This space is great for brand activations, photo shoots, filming, fashion shows, meet and greets, art exhibits, small or large size gatherings for weddings, receptions, popup events, proposals, baby showers, dinner parties, conferences, off sites and team building experiences, fitness experiences (yoga, boot camps etc).

This is an outdoor space. We make sure all high touch points are cleaned and the ground is swept. Note this is an outdoor space so dust and elements can impact the ground and walls but we will do our best to make sure everything look prefect for your booking.
